TL,DR: buy some books off our website to help make this cat's dreams of being a bookstore cat come true.
A couple days ago, I was at an event hosted by a local park, and the county animal shelter was there, with some cute adoptable animals in their cuddle shuttle, a big van with some cages for the animals that they take to various events. One of the adoptable animals was Draco, a one-year-old cat. The second the man opened Draco's cage so I could pet him, Draco put in an application to be the bookstore's next shop cat.
There's one catch, though: the bookstore is currently online only, and we have a dog at the house who would almost certainly terrorize the cat. That means the bookstore I need to reopen the bookstore in a brick and mortar format to make Draco's dreams of a being a shop cat come true, so I'm running a sale on the website.
